Overhead such as payroll taxes, medical & retirement benefits, vacation time, screening, testing & training add an additional 20% to the base salary.When you choose Sterling, you pay a fixed monthly fee for access to a team of highly trained professionals. We never take a vacation from your bookkeeping.
