Steve Julius Construction is a certified WBE (Women Business Enterprise) thru NWBOC (National Women Business Owners Corporation). Leigh Julius is cofounder and CEO. Since the inception of the company she has been involved in the administrative side as well as in field activities. She is a graduate of the University of California, Irvine. She also graduated from the Turnkey Construction and Project Management School. She holds "B" licenses in California, Arizona, and Nevada and is LEED Green Associate accredited. Leigh is a member of the Orange County Chapter of Women Presidents' Organization (WPO). Pete Ferrarini is President and has been with the company since 1987. His expertise is in marketing and client relations. He was a member of the President's Guard under President Ronald Reagan and served in the Marines. His entrepreneurial vision has helped grow the company to its current size and revenue.
