StickerGiant is the only company on this years list that has earned a place in Guinness World Recordsfor producing the largest sticker ball in the world. Its name is Saul, and it was made out of stickers and labels manufactured by the company, which was also behind the decision of the registrar at National Day Calendar to make January 13 of every year the official National Sticker Day. But those arent StickerGiants most remarkable achievements. In recent years, it has become what founder and CEO John Fischer calls a customer-acquisition machine, thanks to its sophisticated social media marketing operation. The machine operators meet weekly to go over their progress toward their goal, which is currently to reach 400 new customers per week. (Last year, they made it up to 300 per week.) That meeting actually follows a weekly companywide meeting at which employees go over the financials, hear customer feedback, air concerns and express appreciation for one another. The result is a very close-knit culture and a workforce with a deep understanding of what it takes for the company to succeed.
