St. Mark Catholic School

At St. Mark Catholic School we create ideal conditions for learning and leadership to thrive. We have a 15:1 staff to student ratio, and our class test scores are consistently well above the national average. Spanish is offered at all levels, as is music, art and physical education. Subjects are departmentalized in the middle school classes to prepare our grades 6 to 8 students for high school. Elective courses for 6 to 8 grade students may include: Engineering in the Classroom Motion Geometry Geography Forensics Calligraphy Digital Photography, and Media Class We have a hot lunch program in place. We have numerous sports and extracurricular activities, a brand new Parish Center gymnasium and auditorium, and exceptional on-campus fields. All classes participate in extensive fieldtrips to educational and cultural destinations throughout the St. Louis Area. Besides athletics, our after school program includes choir, altar service training, scouts, speech, school musical, student council, dance, and service opportunities. We have a Little Lion Cubs Preschool, and for families with after-school care needs, we offer extended day care program. As partners in education, we welcome and encourage parent participation as there are numerous opportunities to be involved in the school and parish community.
