Stock Legal provides services to our clients in all areas of the business lifecycle, from formation to general contracting, lending, and real estate needs to exit, and everywhere in between. Our clients range in size from pre-revenue (emerging companies) to $100M in annual revenue. Sara Stock, Stock Legal founder, was an equity partner at a big firm who has an atypical big firm background - experience in general corporate, mergers and acquisitions, securities, commercial real estate and banking. Amy Rubin and Dave Wulkopf both have big firm experience, but most recently held the titles of General Counsel with their former companies. Sarah Kovenock has corporate counsel experience with a publicly-traded company. We work exceptionally well together as a team to solve our clients' legal issues, from the mundane to the complex.
