Through our shopper offer we also observe and understand how products are performing; setting the landscape for further innovation and product development. Over the years, we have invested continuously in our knowledge and experience to develop leading-edge methods, techniques and databases. Driven by curiosity, we were one of the first agencies to integrate 3D modelling to develop virtual shopping environments for testing brands and packs, using mobile eye tracking and life-sized shelves. We have always sought to understand the underlying reasons for the ways people behave, using innovative methods by merging behavioural measures, qualitative and quantitative research, ethnography, semiotics, in-store, online and in-home studies - we have the right tools to help clients, whatever and wherever the problem.
