We will provide multiple financing options such as traditional financing, lease programs, shared savings programs, and others. STS provides a web portal so our clients can log in and view all of their pertinent documents, auditing progress, and construction progress. No need for multiple emails flying back and forth. Turnkey to STS is to take care of every facet of the project as well as stand behind it for years to come. STS is based out of Overland Park, Kansas.
