For us, our name is our entire ethos, our reason for being. Derived from the Latin word for support, we support our employees, so they can support our customers. We started in 2015, with a workforce of just 5 people, offering outsourced technical IT support on behalf of a global technology company. We can be called upon to support anything from helping someone who needs a password reset to a full hybrid migration. Six years down the line weve grown to an incredible team of over 200, winning multiple awards along the way, and were still growing. We go the extra mile to not just support our customers, but to delight them. We focus on making sure the customer has the best experience possible. Our mission is simple, to deliver excellence through collaborative teamwork and unrivalled customer service. It drives everything we do, every single day. For our employees and for our customers. Our culture of support isnt just limited to our customers and employees. We regularly raise money for local charities and businesses. In 2021 alone we raised over £10,000 through dedicated awareness days and initiatives. Has it all been worth it? After six years we now stand tall as a multi award-winning company. As recognition of our efforts in 2019, we were voted the Best Outsourced Contact Centre by the South West Contact Centre Awards Panel. At the 2020 awards, we celebrated another three wins.
