(SGIT) is a privately held trust. Providing forward purchase commitment(FPC),irrevocable trust receipts(ITR) and other financial guarantee instruments against it's own assets. SGIT is a trustee providing Irrevocable Trust Receipts (ITRs) against trust assets that have been assigned to SGIT. SGIT's management team has more than thirty five years in the investment banking, real-estate, mortgage, and development industry. SGIT does not provide loans, only credit enhancement instruments.
