Sushi and globally inspired small plates come from three kitchens - an open fire grill, raw bar and traditional kitchen - led by Chef Partner Timon Balloo. Located in Midtown Miami steps from Wynwood and the Design District, at The Venetian in Las Vegas, and on the Dumbo waterfront overlooking the Brooklyn Bridge. Highlights include fresh seafood, oysters, sushi and crudos, tapas-style small plates, and large plates served family-style.
