Sullivan Wickley was founded in 1999 by Brian Sullivan and Adam Wickley to create a full service program of highly successful build-to-suit and commercial developments combined with premier brokerage services. With our extensive real estate experience, the company seeks to leverage its long-term tenant relationships and track record of success to provide excellent build-to-suit and brokerage services to its clients and to transform raw land into quality locations for our tenants and cash flow and value appreciation for our partners. Sullivan Wickley operates two distinct divisions: our Brokerage Division, which provides tenant and landlord representation services; and our Development Division, which specializes in tenant build-to-suit programs and shopping center development for self-ownership.
