SUMMA Advisers is an investment banking boutique, established in 2012 by the SEB Enskilda Lithuanian team, when SEB Enskilda decided to withdraw from the Baltic markets. Our professionals have over 60 years cummulative experience in executing M&A transactions and provision of other corporate finance services. Our transaction portfolio includes over 100 deals with the total deal value exceeding 5 billion Litas. Together with partners, SUMMA Advisers services cover the Baltic and the Nordic countries, the United Kingdom and the Eastern Europe. Our company logo - stilized Ouroborus, an ancient Greek and Egyptian symbol depicting a serpent, (sometimes also depicted as figure eight), representing a symbol of eternal renewal and revival, one of the 1st images of the infinity of the mankind. We believe, that our logo represents the essence of our team. We have been together for many years despite a few changes in company names and ownership structures.
