Sunchang County

Sunchang Corporation is a Korea-based company engaged in the manufacturing of plywood, medium density fiberboards (MDFs) and lumbers. Its plywood division provides ordinary plywood, plywood panels and plywood for interior decorating. Its MDF division provides coated MDFs and high density fiberboards (HDFs). Its lumber division provides construction and industrial wood products imported from New Zealand and Australia. During the year ended December 31, 2007, the plywood division, the MDF division and lumber division accounted for approximately 40%, 38% and 22% of the Company's total revenue, respectively.
