Over the 5 years that we have been working in conjunction with Sunline to coordinate our direct mail campaigns, we have constantly been impressed with their ability to simultaneously manage multiple jobs with multiple pack fills and release dates. They really do understand the goals of each campaign and on our behalf, manage the tasks with knowledge and efficiency. Their professional, but flexible approach gives us peace of mind in knowing that each campaign will mail on time in the most cost effective manner. This year saw our first ever mail order catalogue, I had no experience and Sunline helped us to get it out effectively - advising on formats and helping with marketing ideas and best practice advice. The generosity of our donors pays for food, clothing, education and medicine for vulnerable children, so it is imperative that we raise awareness whilst keeping our costs at a minimum. In May 2014 - using their Smart Data report they were able to identify that over 20% of data supplied matched suppression files for goneaways and deceased donors, and a further 8.48% of movers who we were able to reconnect with, to reduce our direct mail wastage, saving £50,000. We have collaborated exclusively with Sunline for print and direct mailing for over 10 years. We recognised a need to streamline and grow our direct mailing efforts, and the decision to work with Sunline was the result of a recommendation in relation to their dedication to efficiency, reliability, cost effectiveness, and most importantly, commitment to customer satisfaction. No matter the size or scope of our project, Sunline considers and treats us as a priority customer, streamlining our design and output process with model efficiency and with respect for our project budget and timeline.
