The Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia is a technical agency attached to the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit, whose objective is to preserve the stability of the Colombian financial system, maintain the integrity and transparency of the securities market and ensure the protection of the rights of financial consumers. By 2025, the Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia will be a dynamic and effective financial supervisory authority with the ability to anticipate the challenges arising from the development and operation of the Financial System, as well as a recognized entity that effectively protects the rights of financial consumers.
