Suria Capital Holdings Berhad is a public-listed company on the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad since 1996. Suria is the holding company for Sabah Ports Sdn Bhd (port operations), SCHB Engineering Services Sdn Bhd (Property Development, passenger gateway and project management), S.P. Satria Logistics Sdn. Bhd (Logistics and bunkering) and S.P. Satria Sdn. Bhd. (port equipment maintenance). Collectively, Suria and subsidiaries are referred as SuriaGroup.
