Sushi Shop is the European leader in the conception and delivery of sushis. Launched in 1998 by two French entrepreneurs, Gregory Marciano and Herné Louis, the brand grew and expanded with the arrival of the third partner, Adrien de Schompré in 2006. Early 2019, there are 88 Sushi Shop retail outlets in France, 45 outside of France. The brand is present in 12 countries worldwide : France, UK, Belgium, Luxemburg, Germany, Switzerland, Italy, Spain, Portugal, the Netherlands, the Emirates, etc. In 2018, Sushi Shop joined the AmRest group, a major player in the restaurant & food industry. The same large range of sushis, inspired by Japan and California, are on offer in all of our outlets: sushis, makis, California rolls, Spring rolls, tartares, etc. The brand's DNA being creativity and innovation, Sushi Shop made a name for itself through collaborations and partnerships with renown chefs (Cyril Lignac (2011), Jean-François Piège (2012), Thierry Marx (2013), Joël Robuchon (2014), Kei Kobayashi (2017), Anne-Sophie Pic (2018) et Mauro Colagreco (2019)) ; artists and brands (KENZO, Lenny Kravitz, Kate moss, Craig & Karl, Monsieur Madame, Scott Campbell, Nasty, JayOne, Ed Broner), and last but not least, young upcoming brands, designers and illustrators (Fernando Togni, Chris Labrooy, Tyrsa, PaperMint, Maison Sarah Lavoine, Sturia, Jean André).
