At SWAMS we aim to: To ensure that the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community have access to a holistic culturally sensitive and relevant medical service. To provide services that offer support, care and education. To assist in bridging the gap between cultural and mainstream services. To ensure that Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities have a right to participate in decision making about the provision of Medical services to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities in the community.
