H Sweet has been operating an Apprenticeship Programme since 1999, with many of our Site Managers and Construction Managers having trained through the scheme. An apprenticeship with H Sweet provides all entrants with a thorough foundation for an exciting and fulfilling career in the Construction industry. At present we offer the following trades: Painting and Decorating, Site Carpentry, Bench Joinery and Electrician. During the course of an apprenticeship, individuals will work towards an NVQ qualification, gaining hands-on work experience with experienced professionals across a variety of projects, as well as receiving an income alongside their learning. We're members of the CITB Apprenticeship Scheme, and have selected Didac as our current training provider for the Bench Joinery and Wood Manufacturing schemes.
