Job Prospects

Job Prospects currently operates from 23 sites across Victoria, South Australia and New South Wales, and will be opening an additional 19 sites across Victoria and another six in South Australia, not including the locations where outreach services will be provided, representing another 20 towns or suburbs. It's anticipated that Job Prospects will recruit nearly 160 new people to support the expansion, with around 125 in Melbourne and the remainder in South Australia. A division of SYC Ltd (SYC), a not for profit organisation centred on education, employment and youth services, Job Prospects was established in South Australia in 1995 and entered the Melbourne marketplace in 2009. Last year Job Prospects helped more than 36,000 people of all ages to find work and thousands of employers find the right people for their businesses. A large and very important part of this process is working with local employers to understand their workforce needs and help them fulfil those needs with the right people.
