No need to bring full-time workers aboard and then worry about how you'll keep them busy when there's a lull in your business. Temporary help can build you a flexible workforce that's dedicated to special projects or assignments for a specified time. We also can provide workers for those times you need vacation, illness or maternity-leave coverage. We often can provide you with temporary help in just hours of your call to us. Temporary-to-Hire: Hiring someone on to your payroll can be a bit perilous. After all, in a direct-hire situation, you just meet with a job candidate a handful of times before making a decision. A temporary-to-hire arrangement allows you to "try someone out" before bringing him or her onto your payroll. Typical temporary-to-hire arrangements last 90 days, with the individual staying on our payroll until you decide the fit is right. If you feel the individual isn't a good fit, just let us know and we'll find someone else. Many of our employees are very interested in these types of assignments and we're able to attract excellent workers for these opportunities. Long-Term Temporary Staffing: Some of our clients prefer to keep temporary workers on site for several months or on open-ended assignments. Doing so means that we keep all payroll records; pay all local, state and federal taxes; pay workers' compensation insurance; pay for holiday and vacations; and submit W-2 forms, sparing you the worry of these payroll issues. Payrolling Services: Many of our clients source employees on their own, but would still like to not be responsible for their taxes, benefits, etc. Our payrolling services allow you to payroll these individuals through us.
