Founded in 2004 and headquartered in Richmond, British Columbia, Syscon Justice Systems is a computer software company who offers programs to correction agencies in their mission to reduce risk and make an impact on public safety. They invented a software program called Offender Management Solutions or OMS in order to keep correctional officers up to date with software to help keep the public safe.
