We were established in 1989 by highly experienced directors who wanted to create a company that would be prominent in a market place that is heavily over populated. Since inception Systems Technology have provided all clients with a unique, scheduled, un-prompted preventative maintenance service which, twenty years on, has proven to be highly successful. What does this mean? Each month our internal call management system (CBS) will automatically produce a scheduled preventive maintenance visit request. This request is then allocated to the area engineer assigned to the relevant client. Our engineers on a daily basis complete their preventative maintenance visits only suspending these when an emergency call is placed. It is due to this proactive working ethos that we are able to guarantee a four hour call out time but actually average, across the entire client base, under two hours. Throughout the years the traditional photocopier market has changed significantly with devices now offering, print, scan and fax. These developments have resulted in companies such as ourselves ensuring that we are pro-active in keeping up to date with developments in the market. Systems Technology do not simply "shift boxes" as is the temptation within the industry but we gain a full understanding of how each and every organisation works and recommend equipment that in the long term will be both cost and time effective. Our knowledge of the variety of software and hardware available enables us to find a solution to most issues organisations face. Over the years Systems Technology have become far more flexible in our offerings. We recognise that because of certain work processes and logistics, a centralised multifunctional device isn't necessarily the best way to work. Consequently we are now able to supply and support a range of smaller desktop devices to suit our customer's needs. Installation of the recommended hardware and software is conducted by Systems Technology's own staff. Once complete our customer training officer will take as much time as needed to ensure that each and every member of staff understands exactly how to use the equipment. This training is ongoing throughout the period of the tenure and ensures that staff feel confident in utilising the equipment. With an ever growing workforce Systems Technology currently employ over forty staff. Even in the current economic climate we are still recruiting which only demonstrates how robust we are as an organisation. Systems Technology are able to supply solutions nationally as well as provide support via carefully selected partners.
