TA HOLDINGS LIMITED (TA) is an investment company that invests in companies that are making or have the potential to make a positive difference to the future of Africa. We currently have interests in the hospitality, insurance and agrochemical industries. We seek very profitable long-term equity investments and ardently look for businesses with excellent capital appreciation as well as businesses that generate consistent or growing cash flows. TA targets privatisation opportunities, equity partnerships in lucrative opportunities, businesses requiring expansion capital and sizeable private equity investments. We also work alongside management in management buyouts.
