Tactical Element

Tactical Element, Incorporated is a Florida based tactical law enforcement, security and military special operations; consulting and training organization committed to the highest standards of accountability, compliance and quality. Since 2000, our Tactical Operations Series training has set the standard throughout the tactical law enforcement, security and military special operations communities, specializing in tactical combat casualty care (TCCC), search and rescue (SAR) and wilderness medicine. Instructor cadre conduct operational support and training to the highest standard, by providing knowledge and services relative to the entire spectrum of tactical law enforcement and military special operations. Casualty care course curriculum is conducted utilizing Realistic Medical Simulation Training (RMST) delivered to the highest standard as prescribed by the Committee on Tactical Combat Casualty Care (CoTCCC), the Committee for Tactical Emergency Casualty Care (C-TECC); the United States Army Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC); and in strict adherence of the United States Army Medical Department and Center and Schools (AMEDDCS) guidelines, specifically the Center for Deployment Medicine (CDPM); and United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) Surgeon's Office. During training opportunities, Tactical Element utilizes active, real time simulation training exercises (STX) as opposed to conventional lecture or seminar methodology. Course participants are delivered the most up-to-date, current standard, concepts and tactics, and why such methodology is effective. Course participants are also afforded ample opportunity to execute skills learned by participating in realistic scenarios conducive of the subject matter topics. Course participants learn that as the threat environment changes, one will adapt, use initiative and develop tactical measures and/or casualty care that lessen the effectiveness of any threat that a tactical operator might face in the three (3) phases of Tactical Combat Casualty Care, specifically Care Under Fire, Tactical Field Care and Tactical Evacuation (TACEVAC) Care.
