TAIFLEX Scientific Co., Ltd. is principally engaged in the manufacture and sale of flexible copper cladded laminates (CCLs) and coverlays (CLs). The CLs are mainly used to protect copper cladded circuit boards from oxidation, while the flexible CCLs are applied to notebooks, calculators, optoelectronic displays, digital versatile disc (DVD) and versatile compact disc (VCD) players, as well as liquid crystal displays (LCDs). During the year ended December 31, 2007, the Company obtained 44.5% and 34.83% of its total revenue from CCLs and CLs, respectively.
