Talion Construction, LLC, founded by Mr. Willy Talion in November of 2009, is a service-disabled veteran-owned construction company that specializes in providing general contracting services to multiple federal agencies in the Pacific Rim. Our current customers include the Department of Veterans Affairs, U.S. Army, U.S. Navy, U.S. Coast Guard, Hawai'i National Guard, and the Department of Homeland Security.
