TAMERIC is the investment and management company of the Conlan family's property interests. In operation since 1988, TAMERIC's goal is investment value preservation and expansion. This objective is achieved by strategic property acquisition and the focused day to day management of these assets. The Group undertakes projects on it's own behalf as equity provider. It also participates with co-investors in opportunities where such pooling of resources enhances an investments potential return. Leverage finance is also arranged by the Group, from a network of financial institutions. TAMERIC has a significant presence in the property markets of Ireland, UK and Continental Europe, particularly Germany. Currently managing assets in excess of €300m in value, the Group is committed to maximising financial returns for its equity providers, over the lifetime of the investment.
