TANZANAIR, formed in 1969, pioneered aviation throughout Tanzania and continues to live up to its slogan as "the complete aviation company". The Company was founded by Mr Dinos J Samaras in 1969 and managed the Company until he passed away in April 2010. The Company is now headed by his son, John Samaras, who was his deputy since 1983.
