As an island state, Tasmania is almost wholly reliant upon shipping, port infrastructure and port operations to sustain our communities and our economy. TasPorts is a state-owned company responsible for eleven Tasmanian ports and the Devonport Airport, providing a diverse range of port and marine operations and services around Tasmania. Each year 99% of the State's freight moves through TasPorts' multi-port network, and we proudly connect people, products and solutions for the benefit of all Tasmanians.
