Taylor & Associates has 27 of the most experienced case managers in the industry. All of our case managers are employees of Taylor & Associates we do not hire independent contractors. Our case management team is comprised of experienced, hard working professionals with a goal of customer service and resolution in mind. Our case managers are located strategically throughout the Southeast. This territorial approach assures they have maximum knowledge of the medical community and vocational options in the areas they cover. Our seasoned staff of professionals have an average of 18 years experience in the industry. Each case manager holds the credentials and certifications required by their states. We are proud that 9 of our Georgia case managers hold their certification for catastrophic case management as required by the Georgia State Board of Workers Compensation. We also have 2 bilingual case managers that cover Metro Atlanta and North Georgia. Our case managers' focus is on file resolution.
