TLC staff members have served as managers and senior staff members in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Organizational Development, Cross-Cultural Training and Communication, Strategic Planning, and Public Educational and State Government Services. Our staff members have held these positions in organizations which include: Amoco Production Company, Conoco, Center for Organizational Resources and Effectiveness (CORE), Exxon Chemical Company, Honeywell, Miles Laboratory, Region IV Education service Center, Shell Chemical Company, State of Texas Rehabilitation Commision, and Texaco. Who are TLC's clients? TLC has provided external consulting, training, assessment, and staffing services to client companies including: Chase Bank, City of College Station, Compaq, EMA Services, Enron, Houston Independent School District, Lyondell, Malcolm Pirnie, S&B Engineers and Constructors, Shell Chemical Company, Texas City Independent School District, and US Filter.
