TechAide is a technology social enterprise that addresses the development needs of citizens globally in a unique way; our work impacts locals especially in rural areas! We exist to provide appropriate technologies and develop human capacities to unleash the potential of individuals, communities and institutions. Our experience in designing, developing, and deploying ICT solutions in harsh rural conditions, coupled with our team's ability to speak several local languages and knowledge of the challenges in such areas, allows us to leverage our unique strengths. Over the years, TechAide has made great impact by bringing technology solutions to under-resourced communities in the developing world to promote rapid socio-economic development. Thus we are well positioned to serve as Aide-de-Camps for organisations that wish to integrate technology in their development projects. These include Non-Governmental Organisations, educational institutions, corporate institutions, religious organisations amongst others. At TechAide, we are guided by the SPEED principles (Social, Professional, Ethical, Entrepreneurial, and Devoted) which define our organizational values, and form the base of our culture and business philosophy. From here, we derive our business practices: how we interact with our partners, employees, and other stakeholders.
