Established in 1957, TEM was originally known as Cincinnati Time. The name evolved to Time Equipment of Miami, which became TEM Systems, Inc. Founder Dick Roether has passed control of the company he started to his children. Reneé McIntosh, President, and Scott Roether, Vice President, who proudly lead their father's business into the 21st century. Another daughter, Jan Longo, oversees Accounts Payable and Sean McIntosh, the 3rd generation, works out of the Orlando office. Now headquartered in Sunrise, Florida, TEM has fully staffed branch offices in Orlando, Tampa, Naples, and Jupiter.
