The company specializes in management consulting rooted in primary research as well as secondary research (advanced analytics, data mining and modeling). Insights generated serve as an input in finalizing strategic plans for clients and implementing them, with continuous measurement to ensure objectives are achieved. Setting up 'enterprise-wide business intelligence architectures' for clients is a critical component of the Tetrahedron approach. This encompasses not just primary research; it also relies on existing transactional data within the organization to extract maximum insights through advanced analytics, culminating in predictive modeling and marketing resource optimization.
