THC, Inc. was founded on January 18, 1994, as a program management firm providing right of way land acquisition, relocation assistance, and noise mitigation services for state departments of transportation, counties, cities, utilities, and airports across the country. THC has 48 employees in five project offices located in Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Texas. THC is dedicated to building our clients' loyalty and trust by continually providing honest, quality service.
