Born, raised and educated right here in Manhattan, KS, Adam Bonewitz studied Communications at Kansas State University and remains very active in the local community. Adam now has 30+ years of Manhattan experience. In addition to recently sitting on multiple advisory boards for the Manhattan City Commission, he is active with the Manhattan Chamber of Commerce and is involved with many referral and professional development groups and networks in Manhattan. With his extensive local connections and deep roots in the Manhattan community, Adam offers his clients a wealth of local knowledge and home-grown experience. In addition to being quick with a joke, Adam enjoys just about anything involving the outdoors, including fishing, horseback riding, dog training and camping. Most recently, Adam and his wife Jessica have welcomed the addition of their new son William! Additionally, Adam and Jessica are both licensed Foster Care parents. Besides being a resource for residential buying and selling, Adam can also benefit his clients with Investment, Farm/Rural and Commercial Real Estate advising and representation.
