The Center of Hope Foundation
Since 1956, the Center of Hope Foundation has offered a continually evolving list of services for persons with disabilities. The agency has grown far beyond its initial mission and first program, a school for children with cognitive disabilities to its present state, offering a wide range of day and family support programs for both children and adults with disabilities. From our Day Services and Vocational Employment Programs for Adults, to our Summer Camp Programs and After-school Groups for Children, the Center's programs offer opportunities for personal growth, friendship, skills building and community membership. We are constantly focused on providing excellent services and meeting the needs of the children and adults we serve. Our focus is on helping each individual achieve his or her greatest level of independence. Whether it's helping a child make a new friend at summer camp, or helping an adult with a cognitive or physical disability find their dream job, our agency's mission continues to drive our quest for success for every program member. Our agency offers a wide range of services that are tailored to meet individual's needs.
