The Gild Group was created by Paul Luczak CPA. Prior to the creation of The Gild Group, Paul spent the previous decade co-developing a two man basement operation into a 35 + strong team entertainment based financial practice with offices in Melbourne and Sydney and clients scattered across the globe. Clients have included Australia's leading/ARIA nominated musicians along with comedians, booking agents, record labels, tour promoters, festivals, professional athletes, hospitality and other creative based businesses. Heading up the tax department is James Mirams CA. As a Charted Accountant and holding a Masters in Taxation Law (Melbourne University), James has spent the previous 12 years working for top and mid-tier firms (Deloitte and BDO). James has honed his skills advising businesses from small to large corporates including high net worth individuals. Having been the advisor responsible for some of Australia's richest families he has developed a strong understanding of the tax issues that come with complex structures. Further, James has developed a strong expertise in the areas of domestic and international tax issues which is vital to ensure that The Gild Group's international touring clients are being serviced to the highest standards. Heading up Gild Wealth Management, the financial planning and wealth creation arm of The Gild Group, is Mark Rice B Com, Grad Dip Applied Finance, Dip FP, F FINSIA. Mark Rice and Gild Wealth Management Pty Ltd are Authorised Representatives of Lonsdale Financial Group Ltd ABN 76 006 637 225, AFSL 246934. Mark has over 22 years' financial services experience in financial planning, stockbroking, funds management and structured investments across advice, operational, business development, sales, marketing and sale management roles.
