The Handwork Studio

Founded in 2001, The Handwork Studio provides classes and camps for children in needle arts, machine sewing, and fashion in a fun, relaxed environment. The staff of professional artists and skilled instructors work with the children to learn and develop their new skill, instill confidence, and inspire creativity, while passing down the tradition of teaching practical arts, such as knitting, hand and machine sewing, embroidery, weaving, quilting, fashion, and crafts, to the next generation. The Handwork Studio hosts Summer Camp in more than 40 locations in 10 states, where young learners can strengthen their skills through focused, hands-on learning.
