The Hillis Group, LLC was established in November of 2004 by Michael W. Hillis. The Hillis Group, LLC provides general contracting and excavating services to residential and commercial clients, working mainly with commercial clientele. The company is based in Bangor, Pennsylvania, and maintains warehousing, office, and equipment facilitites in Wilson Pennsylvania. The Hillis Group, LLC primarily services the tri-state area of New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania, but we are capable of traveling to other locations, and have completed many projects in Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, and West Virginia. The Hillis Group welcomes opportunities to expand in other areas and is equipped with the necessary equipment, contacts, and manpower to service all your needs. We offer turn-key service to our customers and utilize a professional staff with many years of experience. We pride ourselves on performance, professionalism, and quality workmanship. We employ only those with a minimum of 5 years contracting and excavating experience. Our staff consists of an outstanding management team including a Superintendent, three Foremen, a Project Coordinator, and a Safety Officer. We staff skilled Operators, Laborers, Carpenters, Truck Drivers, Welders, and an Equipment Manager. The Hillis Group has retained the same customers since the beginning, which demonstrates our loyalty, our professionalism, and the ease of working with us. Our clientele consists of customers known and respected in this industry, and customers who insist on the best. Our philosophy differs from our competitors' as we emphasize building relationships and developing repeat business. A job is not complete until our customer is 100% satisfied. The Hillis Group, has a professional services agreement with Veriforce to ensure our compliance with the operator qualification rule.
