Since the brand's inception in June 2010, The Lime Truck has whipped up a whirlwind of palate-pleasing Cali-Mexican cuisine that has earned the brand a bevy of local and national accolades, including being the Winner of Food Network's "The Great Food Truck Race," as well as Yahoo!'s "Top 10 Trucks in America.
