I had spent my career bouncing around HR, Training, Communications, Strategic Planning and leadership Coaching. A few years into this I started to understand the common element that was determining the need for my type of expertise. Something was changing and when this happened; leaders recognised the need for something to be done differently to take their people on the journey to the future state. At this point, The People Journey was born. Our mantra is to get in early and plan a pro-active approach to manage resistance and harness the sweet spot of opportunity early on in a change.
