The Place offers comprehensive and quality short or long term care in three beautiful and unique locations. The Place at Deans Bridge, The Place at Martinez, and The Place at Pooler, all located near Augusta and Savannah, Georgia, offer residents assisted living, rehabilitation, and skilled nursing care in a home-like atmosphere. We invite you to visit any of our three locations! Admissions are accepted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
