The Prehab Guys

The Prehab Guys' is an educational platform that teaches people how to take control of their own health through online physical therapy. Each member of our team holds a Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree and a Certification in Strength and Conditioning. We also have a vast professional background with extensive experience and specialized training in the fields of movement science, pain science, biomechanics, injury and surgery rehabilitation, prehabilitation, and athletic performance. But hey -we are just three ordinary guys on an extraordinarily determined mission to make the world a little better, by sharing our knowledge with people like yourself! In all seriousness, we all have a major passion for physical therapy and helping people improve their quality of life regardless of financial barriers, time restrictions, or healthcare access.
