Primacy was founded in 1994 by President and Chief Technology Officer, Stan Valencis. Our vision early on was to provide fresh thinking and new ideas that harness interactive technologies to make businesses more efficient, innovative and profitable. Today, that vision remains true, as interactive has become a vital strategic foundation to virtually every business. Over the years, we've grown our size and service offerings. No matter what our size, we will always maintain that high-quality work can be done efficiently, economically and effectively.
