Thermosource Tooling

Thermosource Tooling and Manufacturing specializes in custom designed thermoformed products made from PET, PP and Natureworks (PLA). These products are used for sales to food processors of produce, bakery, deli and confectionery. TTM has a long history of delivering environmentally friendly, sustainable packaging into the marketplace. As more consumers are looking for ways to better take care of our planet, we have concentrated on working with PLA resin and a wide variety of newly introduced Bio friendly materials. We will closely with our customers to design and develop innovative packaging that allows them real advantage on the retail shelves. TTM offers our customers quick timelines for our engineering cycles, and can turn around production tooling in a matter of weeks. The advantages don't end there. Our cost for tooling is a fraction of what customers are generally accustomed to. Once the product arrives, we utilize a network of warehouses around the nation to ensure our customers "just in time" inventories.
