The Smallholding Centre has been established for well over 20 years. We are an estate agency, specialising in the sale of smallholdings and rural properties in South West Wales. Martyn and Kay Buck took over the business in 2002. Leaving jobs and family behind, we moved from a town in Somerset to a rural part of Wales so are well-placed to offer advice to potential purchasers on making such a move. Many of our customers are looking for a lifestyle change: some looking to escape the rat race and work from home; some aiming for self-sufficiency; some hoping for an alternative income; some simply looking for a rural retreat but all looking for an increased quality of life within the glorious beauty of the Welsh countryside.
