The Spanish Thyme Traveller is a small company run by Patrick Waller(Google+ profile) and Julia Espin, a husband (British) and wife (Spanish) team who have lived and worked in Xativa, Spain for the last 20 years. Their passion is Spain and its lifestyle. They have travelled extensively throughout Spain, discovering hidden villages, regional food, and all types of wine. Their local knowledge of Valencia and the surrounding areas is excellent; an accumulation of years of living, walking, eating and visiting in the region.
