Third Avenue Village Association

The Third Avenue Village Association, known as TAVA, is a non-profit organization whose mission is to create, promote and champion a vibrant, pedestrian-friendly destination leading to increased sales, property values and community pride. The district of Third Avenue Village encompasses Third Avenue from E Street to I Street as well as the immediate block east and west of Third Avenue. Current projects include partnering with the City of Chula Vista to facilitate the Third Avenue Streetscape Project, implementing a branded banner program and improving special events aimed at bringing visitors to the Village. In addition to marketing the district, TAVA maintains the enhanced appearance of the district with our maintenance crew who work seven days a week. The TAVA office is located in the heart of the Village at 353 Third Avenue, near the corner of Third Avenue and Madrona Street and directly across from Memorial Park.
